  5. Same here. Used our blend jet maybe 10 times. It is fully charged and either switch or motor is not working. Very frustrating as we bought it for an overseas trip so that we could travel and provide for the dietary needs of my husband. Now we are stuck with a faulty blender in a foreign country and we are away for 3 months.

  10. Extremely aggravating!! Have only used my blendjet2 maybe 3-4 times, to be honest I just forgot I had it. My granddaughter seen it up in my cabinet and asked to make a smoothie, I said of course, got it out we charged it for the recommended 90minutes. The blue light is on and ready to go. I push to start it and nothin’ just flashing red and purple. I have done everything I read on troubleshooting and nothin’ helps. So disappointed. Unless blendjet stands by their product I will NOT be recommending this product. Very very disappointing!

  11. My blend jet lost its battery power early on – I have not used it more then 5 times in the history of owning the unit – I called customer service and they are to send me a new bottom section at no charge. Seems Blend jet batteries do not hold a charge – even though you charge it when its dead. UGH> –

  12. I really love my BlendJet. I have been using it for months, five days a week. I went to use it the other day and nothing. We recharged it and still haven’t gotten it to spin or even make a sound like it wants to. I was thinking of purchasing a BlendJet2, but not if it does the same thing.
